You will work closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, and collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, working independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with the overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work closely with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including rotating weekends
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, teammates, and overseas admin team members
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
  • Native U.S. English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cross-cultural communication
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
