Job Description/Obligations

As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software applications for enhancements and new products. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing complex software applications through the entire development life cycle
• Troubleshooting and debugging software applications to identify and resolve issues
• Preparing and conducting system programming tests, requiring interfacing and software assessments
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including flowcharts, visualizations, and diagrams to ensure all users have a comprehensive understanding of the development cycle

Skills/Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

• Experience building solutions on cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in supply management tools like Git and expertise in the use of ADO
• Backend engineers: experience in developing applications using Java or Springbok
• Frontend engineers: experience in developing applications using React JS or Angular JS
• Backend engineers: ability to develop interfaces using API JSON or SOAP and web services
• Comfort with database principles and experience in writing queries in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and operate with person stories and recognition standards
• Willingness to analyze and discover new technologies, large technology stack, and figure out answers through deeper studies and troubleshooting
