Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time. This is a remote position, working from your home office, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
  • Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, and write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Computer skills, including basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm
  • A reliable internet connection, with a private network and no VPNs allowed
  • A Speed Test result from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
