Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance product development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy, ensuring that data quality is maintained and improved
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to discover new ways to develop effective business solutions, leveraging data and analytics to drive growth and innovation
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to promote optimization and enhancement of product development, marketing tactics, and business strategies
• Examine the efficacy and precision of new data sources and data collection procedures, ensuring that data is accurate and reliable
• Develop and implement predictive models that increase and improve customer experiences, revenue creation, ad targeting, and other company results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and analytics
• Proven expertise in Python for Data Science, with experience in data mining, data frameworks, and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with and creating data architectures, with proficiency in querying databases and using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies, such as Docker
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and deep learning techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and data storytelling techniques
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
