Job Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction from our services. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean high and low spaces in the distribution center by exhausting waste, clearing, wiping, and cleaning all surfaces appointed with determined cleaning products
  • Maintenance and cleaning of washrooms, eating regions, assigned areas, and outside grounds
  • Restock cleaning supplies as needed
  • Operate an electric bed jack to move beds and set aside items in assigned distribution center areas
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Ranking director

Essential Qualifications

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to lead and demonstrate energy
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience with electric bed jack operations
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or cleaning services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
