We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit team in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders, providing support, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address contested proxy meetings, providing accurate information and guidance to shareholders, and directing them to the correct voting resources.
  • Communicate key messages to shareholders, emphasizing the importance of accurate information and the company's commitment to their best interests.
  • Engage with shareholders, responding to their concerns, and providing solutions to their issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, participating in chat discussions and completing tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months or more of customer service, data entry, or related experience.
  • Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and correct grammar, with strong English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy management.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.

Equipment Requirements:

  • MacBook (current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) – no Lenovo, Chrome, etc.
  • USB headsets (no wireless).
  • Dual monitors are beneficial but not required.
  • Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload.
  • Ability to come off mute when called on, with materials open and participation in chat discussions.
