Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identifying trends and patterns that inform our content strategy. Your expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical analysis will be invaluable in helping us optimize our content portfolio and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preferences) to identify untapped client needs and new content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
