Job Overview

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing, verifying, and validating sophisticated mixed-signal circuits. Your primary focus will be on the digital side of these circuits, where you will have the opportunity to specify, design, and help in the verification and lab bring-up of advanced digital blocks. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: You will be responsible for designing micro-architecting digital blocks within sophisticated mixed-signal circuits, including embedded micro-controllers, advanced DFT architectures, and very low power design requirements.
• RTL Coding: You will write RTL code for blocks specified by you or others, ensuring that the code is efficient, scalable, and meets the required specifications.
• Design Verification and Bring-up: You will participate in the design verification and bring-up of digital blocks by writing RTL assertions, debugging code, and collaborating with the design verification team to ensure that the designs meet the required standards.
• Front-end Methodology Flows: You will support and validate various front-end methodology flows, including pre-silicon power analysis, clock domain crossing, reset domain crossing, and unified power flow (UPF).
• Lab Bring-up and Validation: You will participate in the lab bring-up of mixed-signal circuits by writing test scripts, analyzing lab data, proposing experiments, and collaborating with the lab team to ensure that the circuits meet the required specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in digital circuit design, verification, and validation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications and requirements are preferred:

Essential Qualifications

• BS Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in RTL design and verification.
• Technical Skills: A solid understanding of mixed-signal concepts, RTL design, Verilog, and SystemVerilog, as well as good fundamental knowledge of front-end tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Technical Skills: Validated knowledge of synthesis, static timing, DFT, SystemVerilog assertions, checkers, and other design verification techniques is a plus.
• Scripting Languages: Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Perl and Python, is desirable.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
