  • Logging in to the live chat portal on our website each morning to answer customer questions and address their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilizing the chat software's features to address commonly asked questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Accessing support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Completing a comprehensive training program before starting work, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
