Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Contact and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Appointment Setting: Set appointments with clients and meet with them via phone or Zoom to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Application Submission: Take and submit online applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow-up and Policy Resolution: Follow up with clients until policy resolution is achieved, providing updates and answering questions as needed.
  • Virtual Team Collaboration: Attend weekly virtual calls and participate in team discussions to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Policy Explanation: Explain policy coverage to clients once their policy is approved, ensuring they understand their benefits and options.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Maintain stellar interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Life & Health Insurance License: Hold a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one.
  • Communication Skills: Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone/Zoom, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
  • Coachability: Be open to feedback, coaching, and training, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-Discipline: Possess excellent self-discipline and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with quoting software, CRM systems, and other technology tools used in the insurance industry.
