The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist – Virtual Entertainment Client Service at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand on social media platforms, providing timely and effective support to our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a positive brand image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customer issues, including technical support, product information, and charging-related queries
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content and respond to customer comments and messages
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
