Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means. You'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means to resolve their inquiries and concerns

• Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide seamless support
• Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
• Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
• Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms (such as Salesforce), data entry, and word processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with a multi-line phone system
