Warehouse Logistics Specialist - CDL Required – Amazon Store

This position combines skilled commercial driving with warehouse operations to support efficient supply chain and distribution processes. This specialist will be responsible for transporting goods using a CDL vehicle, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse. Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure all cargo is properly loaded, inspected, and secured for safe transportation.
- Acquire all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
- Upload all scans and pods, based on the specific customer requirements.
- Accurately complete daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and pre trip/post trip
- Maintain general cleanliness and basic preventative maintenance of vehicles.
- Strict adherence to all state and federal DOT regulations.
- Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including but not limited to:
- Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
- Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
- Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.
- Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
- Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
- Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations
- All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
- 2 years of recent experience in commercial delivery driving.
- Valid state-issued Class A CDL driver's license.
- DOT Medical Card.
- Excellent driving record.
- Basic knowledge of an ELD (Electronic Log Device) and how to operate.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Basic computer ability.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

- Available to complete overnight trips 1-2 nights per week, based on customer requirements.
