Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for answering live chats, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions about our shipping containers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer live chats from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions about our shipping containers
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex issues to the sales team as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed
  • Proficiency in a CRM system, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping or logistics industry, with knowledge of shipping containers and related products and services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience with live chat software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate with customers in their native language

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary of $500 per month
  • 5% commission on sales, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
