As a Bilingual Customer Experience Ambassador at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience management, back-office/risk operations, and business transformation initiatives. Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for problem-solving. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Obsession: Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Communication: Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner.
- Commitment Delivery: Deliver on commitments, do what you say you will do, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Probing Questions: Ask probing questions to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize online knowledge bases in real-time to ensure proper processes are followed and customers are satisfied.
- Task Execution: Follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for Customer Experience: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 proficiency).
- Technical Expertise: Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation, including Office and Google Suite.
- Multitasking: Ability to work in multiple online systems at once and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts to meet business needs.
- Experience: Experience in a call center industry is preferred, but not required.
