Job Summary
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, navigate complex data entry systems, and make informed decisions to resolve client inquiries. Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process client information
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex client issues and provide informed decisions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data entry
* Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with clients
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
Preferred Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
