Job Summary
As a Dedicated Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires a quiet, distraction-free home office space and a reliable computer setup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct telephone screening on a variety of inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and preferences
- Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of customers, resolving issues and providing solutions
- Utilize computer navigation skills to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications
- Reliable internet connection with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
- Quiet, distraction-free home office space
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
