Job Summary

As a Dedicated Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires a quiet, distraction-free home office space and a reliable computer setup.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Conduct telephone screening on a variety of inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of customers, resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Utilize computer navigation skills to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications
  • Reliable internet connection with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office space

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
