Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in designing and operationalizing data pipelines to drive business insights and innovation. You'll work closely with our data science team to develop and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders, and collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
* Designs and operationalizes data pipelines to drive business insights and innovation
- Collaborates with data science team to develop and implement data solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders
- Works closely with IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Develops and maintains data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business analytics and reporting
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicates technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
- Performs peer reviews of data architecture designs and provides feedback to improve quality and consistency
- Stays up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and architecture
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
- 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, including ADLS, Azure Databricks, and other big data technologies
- 2+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
- Strong understanding of database management concepts, including data lakes, social data sets, NoSQL, schema, and data warehousing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Azure certifications
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Experience with containerization, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
