Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring accurate and timely responses

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Shifts and Schedules

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed
