What You Will Do
- Code E/M for multispecialty physician OP and IP charges
- Code office based procedures when applicable
- Code GI procedures office and ambulatory surgery
What You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience coding E/M
- Experience coding multispecialty office based procedures
- CPC credential from the AAPC
- Experience coding GI procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in EPIC
What Would Be Nice To Have
- General surgery coding experience - OP and IP coding experience
- Experience working coding denials
The annual salary range for this position is $49,000.00-$81,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
