What You'll Do Every Day

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, asking questions, and providing personalized solutions
  • Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Corporate Card services
  • Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide world-class customer care, handling objections, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment, with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
  • Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits available

  • Competitive base salary, with a range of $20.00 to $21.65 hourly
