Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a core member of our Solutions Center team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting store employees with customer inquiries, and working closely with sales professionals to drive sales appointments and resolutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking inbound calls for all GoWireless locations across the United States and making outbound calls to existing customers
• Assisting GoWireless store employees with inbound inquiries and working with sales professionals to drive sales appointments and resolutions
• Connecting with customers to discover their wireless needs and recommending new products and services
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all GoWireless and Verizon Wireless products and services
• Updating customer information in database systems and taking responsibility for achieving personal sales and appointment setting goals
• Embracing changes in our environment and being flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience in a similar environment, such as a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication, listening, and rapport-building skills
• The ability to handle upset customers and provide effective solutions
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Strong multitasking and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
