Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive training materials, including hands-on demonstrations and supporting activities, to ensure our team members are equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless transitions from training to production, guaranteeing that our team members meet the required competency levels and business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by participating in client and cross-functional meetings, taking calls, and observing side-by-side with team members.
  • Foster effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interactions with clients, to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of success in training delivery, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
