Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, managing electronic health records, and performing various administrative tasks to support our pharmacy operations. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and medication lists * Manage electronic health records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient information * Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping * Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve patient care and outcomes * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or computer science) * 2+ years of experience in data entry, medical records, or a related field * Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and data management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Current pharmacy license or certification (e.g., RPh, PharmD) * Experience working with insurance plans and billing systems * Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Knowledge of computer programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
