• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong technical acumen.
• * Proficiency in using Apple devices and software.
• * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• * A passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus.
• * Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required.

• * Prior work experience in remote or virtual roles is advantageous but not necessary.
• Working Hours:
• * Flexible scheduling available, with full-time and part-time opportunities.
