Job Duties
As a Remote Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining databases by entering new and updated records and related information
* Verifying data and preparing materials for pdf printing
* Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
* Purging files to eliminate duplication of data
* Collaborating with other team members and supervisor to ensure that best practices are shared
* Procuring data through observation, interviews, and analysis of records and other sources, including the utilization of electronic equipment
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
* At least 1 year of data entry experience
* 3+ years of experience with MS Office
* Excellent typing skills (at least 60 wpm)
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of database management and data analysis
* Familiarity with electronic equipment and software
