Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Utilizing strong computer skills to learn new software and navigate our systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations

Qualifications
