Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team of customer service professionals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their queries, provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identify and report any system errors or anomalies.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer queries
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer service
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour to meet customer service standards
  • Operate within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) standards

Education & Skills Required

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High-speed internet access required
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including chat and text messaging tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to meet the needs of our clients and customers. We offer two schedule options:

  • Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
