Job Overview As an E-File Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote data entry role that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals * Utilize online platforms and tools developed by blithequark to streamline filing processes * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of filed documents Qualifications * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm Essential Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems * Strong time management and prioritization skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
