Experienced Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative – Multicultural Communication Support

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing exceptional customer service, gathering accurate information, and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone. Responsibilities:

* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone

• Handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
• Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to our strict data protection policies
• Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
• Ability to work remotely in emergency situations (due to the current pandemic, we're working remotely until it's safe to return on-site)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Multi-language capability is not required, but proficiency in a second language is a plus

Qualifications:

• Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
