The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the blithequark platform. You'll also be responsible for reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed, identifying and documenting software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and issues.

  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the blithequark platform, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure resolution and improvement.
  • Identify and document software bugs or issues for continuous improvement and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, releases, and new features, providing expert guidance to customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
