  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Quality of Service (QoS): Maintain a QoS score of 95% or higher.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
