Job Summary
As a Benefit Representative with Globe Life-CV Organization, you will be responsible for meeting with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups. Your primary goal will be to review their existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle enrollment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with clients to review their existing benefits and explain additional benefits
- Handle enrollment and answer questions from clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as benefits administration, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with labor unions, credit unions, associations, or parent groups
- Knowledge of benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Experience working from home or in a remote setting
