Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Aetna Insurance Support team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing information on medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order solutions to ensure our members have a clear understanding of their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own expertise and opening doors to future opportunities within CVS Health.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from Aetna members and provide information on pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions * Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize knowledge of Aetna's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to members * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
