About the Role

As a Temp to Hire Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine and consistent data entry associated with sensitive and confidential information
  • Keying historical transaction data from paper and PDFs to Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting with the upload of data
  • Organizing and recording the law firm's monthly processes and progress in Excel
  • Collaborating with managers on issues and resolutions regarding the data

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of previous data entry experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology)
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data formatting and manipulation issues
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and colleagues
