Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Specialist to provide exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. As the first point of contact for our online visitors, you will: - Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors. - Provide accurate information about blithequark services and programs. - Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. - Document and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by blithequark. - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support if necessary. - Contribute to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
