Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide education on our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, either by phone or in person
  • Acting as the company gatekeeper, ensuring seamless communication and resolving customer inquiries
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive loyalty
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in-person
  • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, pricing quotations, entering and modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls and emails
  • Following up on customer inquiries and sales leads, ensuring timely resolution and conversion
  • Assisting with general office tasks, such as typing correspondence, filing, and performing order entry and invoicing functions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on active listening and problem-solving
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using phone and email systems
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A positive and service-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
