Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via our live chat platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by utilizing the right methods and tools, including our CRM system.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
