The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting Team in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You will be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing notices in different job portals. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
- Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment software
