Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analysis solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data visualizations, and present findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data analysis solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data visualizations to communicate findings
• Present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics
• Strong expertise in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and R
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, and statistical analysis

• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with data automation and machine learning
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
