Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and updating support articles to ensure our knowledge base remains comprehensive and up-to-date
- Managing billing, refunds, and cancellations on payment platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
- Analyzing user test videos to gain insights into how our customers perceive our product and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Helping to build a team of CS superstars by mentoring and coaching new team members
- Identifying and solving complex problems, thinking creatively to find innovative solutions
- Collaborating with customers to help them use our proxies effectively and maximize their benefits
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
- Problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to resolving complex issues
- A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, using tools like Slack, Google Mail, and Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, such as Zendesk and Intercom
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (UTC 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
