Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing our industry-leading training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the role
  • Making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and educating them on our offerings
  • Utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients
  • Assisting clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Attending team training twice a week, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A competitive spirit, with a desire for excellence and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and sales
