About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Specialist – Automation Anywhere Work From Home Hiring For Channel Partnerships and Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our channel partnerships and sales enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth through process improvements. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to achieve our business objectives and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop a deep understanding of Automation Anywhere's product and service solutions, including worldwide channel programs, and communicate this knowledge effectively to channel partners.

  • Maintain open and honest communication with channel partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily channel operations procedures, including answering partner questions, handling escalations, and providing top-notch service.
  • Ensure efficient handling and evaluation of incoming transaction registrations from partners.
  • Examine applications from potential partners, provide recommendations, and oversee the onboarding, renewal, and registration of new partners.
  • Prioritize partner requests, act as a point of contact for external and cross-functional internal teams, help troubleshoot and resolve partner complaints, and identify system and operational issues.
  • Support the partner program requirements review procedure and help to keep partner data updated throughout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess team workflows and process enhancements, and provide solutions to promote growth, quality, and efficiency in the channel business.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for updated and new procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced technological environment, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of sales/channel operations or sales/channel enablement procedures.
  • Self-starter with excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
