Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
• Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends

Preferred

• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or virtual support role
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call-handling experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome)
