As a Live Chat Support Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
  • Utilizing blithequark's chat platform to assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries, as well as providing information on our products and services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate support, as well as staying informed about blithequark's products, policies, and services
  • Providing solutions to customer problems and concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to the team on areas for improvement

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Specialist with blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Work Schedule
