Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various industries. You will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, helping them with all their needs. This is a contractor role, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Schedule and Flexibility

* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour

• Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers

Contractual Relationship

* The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship.

• You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
• blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark.
• When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
