Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
- Start at 80% Commission with the ability to increase to 130%
- Bonuses, including Producer bonus, Capital bonus, and more
- Part-time agents have the potential to make $50,000+ in the first year
- Full-time agents have the potential to make $100,000+ in the first year
- Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE. Don't worry if you don't have one yet – we will help you obtain your license if you don't have one now.
