Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
• Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Python programming language and data science tools (e.g. pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

• Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
