Job Summary

As an Analytics Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in airline operations and develop business cases to support investment decisions

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead the development and implementation of data visualization and reporting tools to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions that drive meaningful change
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and work with internal and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Demonstrate a team-first mentality, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
• Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex queries
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering

• Experience working with airline operations data and systems
• Familiarity with finance and labor force planning data and systems
• Certification in data science or analytics (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
