About the Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product, from cradle to grave. This is a business value multiplier role, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. You will lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams, identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlogs and roadmaps, and define success metrics and measurement plans. You will also lead engineering on driving out technical designs, estimates, and delivery, and lead UX on driving out design and validating user flows and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and own features that support product strategy and IT delivery
- Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams
- Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes
- Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates, and delivery
- Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces
- Define success metrics and measurement plan
- Identify and align to external dependencies

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and web application development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
